Who do you think should play Harley Quinn if she were to be in a Batman movie?

I honestly dont know. I wanna know who you think could pull it off

and please dont base it on their hair (that can always be dyed) and
appearance and stuff like that, base it on their acting and who you
think is actually suited to the role
I dont know what Alyson Michalka's acting is like but she looks the
part :)
